The St. Petersburg Carpenter Behind the Doors
One carpenter who builds the door, carves it by hand and hangs it.
St. Pete Custom Doors is one carpenter's shop in St. Petersburg, FL. Every door is drawn for its opening, built and carved by hand, sealed on all six sides and installed by the same person, with nothing handed to a sales team or an install crew you have never met.
What We Will Tell You Straight
- Doors carved in our shop are not impact-rated; where code requires a rated door we install approved ones.
- Some openings are better served by fibreglass; the Florida guide explains when.
- A wood door needs refinishing; how often depends on sun and cover.
